I am trained in Duke Integrative Medicine’s world class health coaching program which is based on years of research and clinical experience. This qualification requires 2 years of intensive training.

The Health and Vitality Coaching Foundation includes:
An Introductory Session followed by 6 consecutive Intermediate Sessions, which build on each other from one session to the next and a final Closing Session (together, the “Foundation Sessions”).
To help move you forward towards your goal(s), Check-In Sessions are available and at least 3 are recommended.
Introductory Session, 40min: £130 and each Subsequent Coaching Session, 30min: £100.
Subsequent Coaching Session means: an Intermediate Session, Check-In session or a Closing Session.
Discounted Foundation Sessions (8) Package: £700 (saving £130) if paid in full at the time of booking.
Fees are payable in GBP (or its equivalent in another currency excluding any applicable VAT). Please note, fees are payable in advance by cash, bank transfer or debit/credit card.
Sessions may take place in person (venue by mutual agreement), by telephone or by video call.

Take your first step & book an introductory session!
Introductory Session
In this introductory session, we will explore your current health situation and identify how you would like things to be different in your life and experience a mindful awareness technique that will help you to be more present in the moment and manage stressful situations better. You will then be introduced to the building blocks required for successful behaviour change.
Intermediate Sessions
You will continue to experience different mindful awareness techniques, better understand your motivations to change, choose a specific focus, explore readiness to change, set goals, prepare for executing change and establish accountability.
Closing Session
In our final session together, we will celebrate your successes and establish a system that supports your continued success.

My Book: “My Best Friend Nico” By Faiz Khaki
I have published a book about my experience with a little known about illness called cavitation of the jaw (or NICO). My narrative invites you to: (i) become more self-aware, (ii) get better at acknowledging and coping with any of your ongoing health concerns and (iii) feel empowered so that you can take control of your own destiny.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. Health and Wellness coaches work with individuals and groups in a client-centered process to facilitate and empower the client to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness. Coaches support clients in mobilizing internal strengths and external resources, and in developing self-management strategies for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle, behavior changes. While health and wellness coaches per se do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide psychological therapeutic interventions, they may provide expert guidance in areas in which they hold active, nationally recognized credentials, and may offer resources from nationally recognized authorities. As partners and facilitators, health and wellness coaches support their clients in achieving health goals and behavioral change based on their clients’ own goals and consistent with treatment plans as prescribed by individual clients’ professional health care providers. Coaches assist clients to use their insight, personal strengths and resources, goal setting, action steps and accountability toward healthy lifestyle change.
